The trip itself was good and I would have given the trip 5 stars if complete information was provided at the time of booking.
When we arrived with the tickets that Viator provided the bus was loading and leaving in 10 mins, however, that was not the right ticket. Once there we were told that you actually have to change the ticket over to a paper ticket at their counter which can be done on the 1st floor (We were on the 4th floor). So now my husband along with other ppl that were turned away had to go running through the bus terminal to switch the ticket and try to make it back to the bus in 10 mins. Long story short, he made it back in literally 10 mins exactly, only for us to be told that the bus only had 1 seat left. 🤬 Next, the gate attendant stated that she was going to get a backup driver for the “straggler's” (her words). She returned and stated that Crystal would be pulling up soon. By this time it’s about 20 more ppl that bought tickets for the same time slot we purchased for, which makes no sense if that time slot could not hold the number of ppl that bought tickets. Anywho, I digress. Crystal pulled up, we loaded on the bus and it was a smooth ride from there. She had a very pleasant demeanor and got us there without any other hiccups. Moral of the story Viator, give CLEAR instructions on what to do b4 and after tickets are purchased. Also, let ppl know that they should arrive about 30 mins before departure to secure a seat because the bus only holds 54 ppl.
