Exhilarating!!! You can go as slow or as fast as you want and have a blast. The instructor is friendly and teachs you everything you need. It was my first time and I am now an expert. You only stay in the "channel" but wife felt it was better than the open ocean. Safer and plenty fast. This is a must do!!!!
