How can I start. First this place is not for first time jet 🎿. This is for the experienced riders. Second the wait was way too long. We got there at 120. Appt was 140. We did not get on the ski's until 215pm. Next because the area they are in with the boats. The water is really scary. The boats have no courteousy. So be prepared to think u may fall off. 3rd I came in 20 mins early because it was scary for my first time. Like I said the boats have no courteousy and my son came in 20 mins late. Instead of calling it a wash. They charged me 30 mins late when it was only 20 mins and charged me an additional $50. I ask for a one time courteousy but Collin said No. But yet ask me for a tip while taking my deposit. Seriously Dude. Can we ask for the tip after the excursion. Next he said I would have to call the office so I did. She said it was $4 a min late. I was like do they not know their policy. Whatever late fee is it should be the same across the board so it makes me think they are just charging you whatever. I would not recommend this company for first time jet skiers.

Don’t waste your money - you’ll never get above 8mph despite them saying you’ll be going up to 35 mph. We arrived for our appointment, and then we didn’t actually end up on the skis until an hour after that. The rental wasn’t fun at all, we spent the entire time dodging boats in the channel we never could get up to any speed more than basically idling. Which is hilarious since they were trying to sell us hard on a $25 upgrade to a faster jet ski. I’ve rented jet skis all over the place and I’ve never been as thoroughly disappointed for my money. Total tourist trap.

Shantel deserves the 5 stars just for her skill pushing the jet-skis off the floating dock (a full body launch off the wall). But also, she did a great job explaining how to use things, what to do if things went wrong, and where we could go at what speeds. I had never been on a jet-ski before, though my friend was more experienced, but we both felt comfortable and had a great time.
