David was our tour guy. David was fun and knew lots of information and gave out candy and gave extra candy to my little one to make her stop crying. Lol great time for the 2 hour ride!

The tour was booked for 4:00 through TripAdvisor. We checked in at 3:00 and were waiting to go on tour. We were advised as the tour was to start at about 4:00 that another group booked their tour the same day as we did and it was overbooked. Our spaces were given to the others and we were asked to go on a 5:30 tour. I already invested over an hour and did not want to wait around the less then favorable area. I asked for my money back. I was told I had to go through TripAdvisor. The tour operator had no contact information for TripAdvisor and said they could not return the money. I tried to contact TripAdvisor and got their booking number. They said I had to go through the tour operator. I had no tour and was out the money for four adults
