Guides need yo be more intune with the fish. Going to community holes is not the alaskan fishing experience. They collect your money, and it doesn't matter to them if you catch a fish or not. They are already thinking about next group. Do not expect to stay dry woth their gear. The wadders have holes in them and your feet will feet wet. Guide was a nice guy. I will pass on further alaskan fishing experiences.

We’re very sorry you didn’t enjoy yourself on the trip. Fishing in the local spots where the fish are is how we have such a great record. The weather was very wet for your trip. I’ll have to look at the waders to check for holes however they’re all new. Not every trip is going to be perfect and we strive to give every guest a great time.

Join Art on a trip and you’ll be feeling and fishing like a local in no time. Art thoughtfully guided us along the shores of Juneau, sharing history and facts about Juneau throughout the trip. We ended up with three big Dollys (after days of getting skunked on our own). I can’t recommend this tour and Art enough! It will be the highlight of your trip.
