We took the one hour ride on Saturday following tropical storm Nestor so were expecting a lot of surface water but it had dried up well. Our captain was Andy and he was great! We loved his quiet voice and his humour, he was very patient with our children and with some other customers who weren’t so polite. Although we did this tour a few years ago Andy was much more informative and showed us things we hadn’t seen before, we were fascinated by the apple snails! and couldn’t believe we hadn’t heard of them on the last trip. We saw wonderful eagles soaring on the wind, a snail kite and several other birds and we saw alligators! Lots of them, very close up and with plenty of time to observe them and to listen to Andy’s anecdotes. All in all a great trip and then we got to sit and listen to a real Native American’s story too. He was great, we loved his matter of fact style of talking, his singing and that conch horn he blew. Top that off with feeding the young alligators followed by a good cup of coffee in the restaurant and we’d spent a thoroughly enjoyable few hours at Boggy Creek, thank you for a great experience.

My wife and I recently moved to Kissimmee and saw the ad for Boggy Creek. Since it was close by we decided to head over. It's pretty easy to find. The grounds are very clean. The airboat adventure was a lot of fun. We saw 3-4 alligators along with a lot of wildlife. The captain was knowledgeable and fun to listen to. They have a small restaurant that had some really good food too. I would highly recommend either the brisket or the pulled pork. We intend to go back for the night ride.

We purchased the 1 Hour Airboat Adventure for 6 at 2:30 pm for $284.50. Our family didn't really feel that this excursion was worth it. We saw the eyes of 3 alligators peering above the water. Our Guide didn't have a lot to say. I've posted a picture showing pretty much all we saw on our excursion. The airboat ride was okay, just a little over priced for what saw.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction you may have experienced. Unfortunately, we give customers the experience of seeing true Florida wildlife and are unable to guarantee any specific type of animal (since they are wild). We apologize if this was not made more clear to you initially and thank you for bringing it to our attention so that we can work to improve this aspect of our service. For passengers hoping to see specific wildlife we recommend calling ahead to find out what time of day they are most prominent. If you were looking for an alligator specifically we do guarantee them, but only on our night tour. We have been in business for almost 27 years and our captains are highly trained to educate their passengers about the area flora, fauna and wildlife. If your captain did not meet our criteria we need to find out which captain you had so that we can work on retraining him. Please email us more information about your tour such as the tour date, time and the captain’s name. If you cannot remember your captain’s name we would appreciate it if you can give us a description of his estimated age, hair color, body build, and if he had facial hair or not. We would also like to know if you complained to the front desk after your tour. (We want to be sure our staff handled your complaint appropriately.) Any information you can provide us will be very helpful so that we can investigate this further. We do not have commentary in the ear muffs because we prefer giving our customers one on one time and our captains stop the boat and turn it off along the way to get a more up close and personal experience. We prefer that to trying to speak through the hearing protection while the boat is running. We hope to hear from you soon so that this can be resolved to your satisfaction. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions at all. We appreciate all comments and suggestions from our customers so that we may increase our performance and always provide excellent service to our customers.
