The air-boat was OK. We took the 1 hr. air-boat ride. We only saw one alligator that was about 1-1.5 foot long. The guide said it was about 1 year old. We saw several birds and the guide told us a little bit about some of them. We actually saw most of the same birds at the resort where we were staying. I was a little disappointed, I though an air-boat ride would be more fun. They are precise with their timing. They leave at exactly the time stated and dock at precisely the time state. I wouldn't recommend the 30 minute boat ride if you decide to do this activity. There wouldn't really be enough time to see anything. We didn't see much on the 1 hour trip. Definitely overpriced for what it is.

Unfortunately, we give customers the experience of seeing true Florida wildlife and are unable to guarantee any specific type of animal (since they are wild). We apologize if this was not made more clear to you initially and thank you for bringing it to our attention so that we can work to improve this aspect of our service. For passengers hoping to see specific wildlife we recommend calling ahead to find out what time of day they are most prominent. If you were looking for an alligator specifically we do guarantee them, but only on our night tour.

Bit of a drive from the tourist district of Orlando, about US$40-50 with Uber. Worth the trip. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The time feels like it goes so quickly, recommed the hour ride. What we didn't realise is that you aren't guaranteed a date and time through Viator so important to contact the tour company right away to book your spot.

All 7 of us including five children aged 18 to 9 all had a fantastic time. The boat captains are knowledgeable and funny. Saw wild Gators and other wild life. Fantastic kids still talk about it
