Finishing at the Memorial Plaza, you'll learn how the new World Trade Center Complex was designed and constructed. This is the definitive Ground Zero experience. Skip the Ticket Line access into the Official September 11th Museum is included, all guests must still check through security. The museum is a self-guided experience.

Our tour guide Andrew was excellent. Overall the tour was lame. Most memorable was once we got into the museum

Thank you for your gracious comment of my tour guide’s skills. I always try to keep the tour fresh with new revelations which some guests might not appreciate because they want more historical material.

We took this walking tour and it was amazing. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and not only knew every detail of the event but carried around with him posters with photos depicting the events. We have done a lot since arriving in New York but my husband, children and I agreed that it was our favorite activity so far. So moving and well thought out tour. Stopped for water when needed, took amazing photos of our family as well including one where he laid on the ground to get the right vantage point.
