Discover how the “Angel of Stairwell B” helped save a team of firefighters and the miracle of the “911 Surfer”, who rode down with 88 stories of imploding debris.

Finishing at the Memorial Plaza, you'll learn how the new World Trade Center Complex was designed and constructed. This is the definitive Ground Zero experience. Skip the Ticket Line access into the Official September 11th Museum is included, all guests must still check through security. The museum is a self-guided experience.

Andrew gave such a knowledgeable tour. He was very accommodating and pleasant. The only drawback was that we had not allowed enough time to wait in line to enter museum and had to miss going in. Still a moving experience and valuable memories. Thank you, Andrew!

Andrew Lazar was our guide. We had a small group of 6. Andrew went way above and beyond while trying to contact 2 of the group who were late arriving at the meeting spot. He went ahead and started the tour after we waited over 20 minutes for them to arrive. They did catch-up shortly after he started and he made sure they got the information they had missed. I really like that he presented the information from the viewpoint of the Fire Company who survived the collapse of the towers. Andrew went at a pace that was easy for everyone and the tour was just the right amount of time. He took us all around the site and into different buildings that gave a great variety of views around the site. The site had special meaning to Andrew as his mother and grandmother worked in buildings affected by the event. The memorial and museum are well presented. A fitting memorial and affirmation of life.
