5 hours sightseeing by bike all over Manhattan. Very good guide, skilled as a biker and as a guide. Due to high temperature the operator asked us whether we wanted to cansel or take a shorter tour. We chose to go as planned and did not have any problems with this.

This tour was a massive waste of time. Please find another way to enjoy your time in NYC. I wish I could take back the time I wasted on your bike tour! Our tour guide seemed very uninvested and pushy towards me and my group while at points of interests. this tour was a joke and I hope in the future you will take the steps to provide a better tour.

Our guide was a really nice guy, but he knew very little about NYC. He usually only stated the name of the building or monument, then moved on. He provided some information that was entirely wrong. A few bikes had mechanical issues during the ride, and he did not know anything about how to resolve those issues. And the ride isn't for everyone. We rode on surface streets with heavy traffic, ran red lights, and often rode down the middle of busy streets. If you aren't very comfortable on a bike, avoid this tour. Personally I had a blast with the riding part. Just not the tour guide part.
