We had an amazing tour with Catherine thru Lofton Creek. Picture perfect scenery, wildlife sightings and easy paddling. Also no bugs! Catherine our guide took amazing photos of our family and scenery as part of our tour and sent us a whole album of memories. She was very knowledgeable about the area and fun to spend time with. Don’t hesitate to book!

We enjoy kayaking. Because we were on vacation and unfamiliar with the area, we decided to book a tour with Amelia Adventures Kayak. Although the day was somewhat windy, the guide knew of a river where the wind would not be an issue. We kayaked for about two hours. The trip was beautiful and the guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. The equipment was top notch. The guide also took photos that she e-mailed to us. We recommend this company to anyone interested in kayaking on or around Amelia Island, Florida.

We LOVED time with Amelia Adventures & Kayak. We contacted this company, when we realized that the recent Government Shut-down would not allow us to travel to Cumberland Island for the day. Catherine answered our phone inquiries professionally and helped us to book a tour that would allow us to experience the area in a new and unique way. Thomas was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide that took time to make sure that we were both comfortable and that all of our questions were answered to the best of his ability. Highlights of our trip included learning all about the region and the environment, and interacting with the dolphins. We were able to time our visit with their feeding during the incoming tide and a ride up the Marsh Creek to the Dungeness Ruins on Cumberland Island. I also gained a lot of additional information about their kayaking tours which I hope to try in the future. If you are looking for a unique way to experience this region, with a down-to-earth, small company - I highly recommend contacting Catherine and Thomas. PS: They can also make recommendations about biking/ mtn. biking in the area too.
