Sam did an absolutely amazing job with our tour. We learned so much about the breweries and brewing process. He also did a great job picking our beer samples. I definitely recommend this tour and if you can, make sure to ask for SAM

Sam is the best tour guide we have had. Very knowledgeable of all beers and breweries Asheville. I highly recommend asking for him when you book your tour.

Was told on our tickets the tour would begin at 4:45…,. Got there before and waited for the tour guide…. No show. We asked the young gentleman parking cars at the location what type of vehicle the tour used and told them we had tried calling and texting to find out what was going on. We then text a message saying we wanted to cancel and have our money refunded since they were 25 minutes late (5:10) We were very disappointed because we had rushed over there to make sure we were on time. Needless to say we were ready to dispute the charges with our charge card and we m we’re walking away when the van showed up. We explained to him as well what had happened and he proceeded to tell us the tour was to start at 5:30…out tickets and emails stated 4:45. And he also screenshot and sent the info to the camp. It is now 5 o’clock mountain time, and I still have never heard a word. I am very very disappointed on how this was handled by the company. Far as the tour guide, he was excellent that I was extremely disappointed how we had to rush and we’re able to eat thinking we have plenty of time to eat after the tour.
