This was the absolute best thing we did all week long, the staff was absolutely amazing, they are so much fun and they make the trip an awesome experience, the driver has a photographer on board and she will take pictures the entire ride, bring some extra cash because you will definitely want to buy them!! We had 7 people in our group, ages 12,15,16,24,27,34,37. The banana only holds 6 at a time so we booked 2 hours and split up in to 2 groups, it was such a blast if you have a large group don't automatically dismiss this excursion, just split up and go it's so worth it!!! We did get a 5 dollar discount on each person for having more than 6 people. What separates this banana boat ride from the rest in Destin, besides the awesome staff, is that they pull it with a ski boat instead of a jet ski so they take you out on the boat into the Gulf and let you climb on there, the scenery is beautiful, my husbands group saw dolphins!!! The other banana boats in Destin just have you climb on at shore and they drag you in and you just ride around near the beach. We laughed so hard and talked about it the rest of the trip we would have gone every single day if we could have. Also another note you have to have an appointment scheduled they are too busy and well known to just walk up and get a ride right then or even that day. Overall this is a must do excursion!!!!

I went with my two sons and three nieces. They had really wanted to do the Banana Boat but I was unable to find one. I finally happened upon Mobile Sports LLC and they were able to get me in immediately. The young girl, Karina, gave me all the information I needed. We booked right then and there. Our captain, I think his name was Christian, was awesome. Very upbeat. I was a bit worried about how my 7 year old would do, but, he did well. We were able to have him sit out for a little while and then bring him back to the banana boat for some more time. The captain was very gentle on him. Thanks for the fun. Oh, and the pictures that they take are worth the money!!!!

The Banana Boat ride was by far the best excursion we experienced in Destin!! Chris was an impeccable captain and absolutely made for the best time ever! And we didn't even ride the banana. We were passengers while the kids rode the banana. And to think we almost didn't go. The next morning when we looked at the photos there were even more laughs! Great captain and crew. They made it all worth while. Kudos to Chris and thanks for making some great memories for our family!!! Amy G and family
