Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

No good memories from this trip. From start to finish the tour was a shambles. The driver/guide was late arriving and then could not open the door for us to get into the transport nor could she link up her phone the vehicle.

I have experienced excursions all over the world and this, by far, was the worst. I will be sending a detailed letter to the Viator office in MA. From arriving an hour late to absolutely no professionalism from the tour guide this doesn't touch everything that was wrong about it. We were subjected to listening to vulgar RAP music, picked up several passengers at different locations and learned more about 17 mile drive from the brochure than from the tour guide. If Mia is your guide request another or cancel.

A disaster! The guide was no guide. She came late to the meeting point. As she also was the driver she wasn't t familiar with the van We had to wait apx. 20 minutes until she managed to fold the back seats so that we could enter the car. Then she had to call someone as she didn't t know how to manage the audio. The only thing she did was finally to connect the audio before reaching each place and we were left on our own every time. No personal explanation at all.The driving back was awful ,on the left lane 15 miles per our. It would have been the same to go on our own and would have saved the money.Trip Advisor should redeem what we paid.It was really a shame.
