Hotel Rooms: Accommodate 2-4 guests with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed (based on availability); deposits are processed via credit card. For groups over four or separate rooms, please book separately.
Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.

I wish I could give this tour operator one star. They charge you for admission to state parks which are free and don’t allow you off the bus unless you pay. They wanted me to pay $88 for my family to take a 30 minute stop in Watkins State Park and said they wouldn’t let me back on the bus if I didn’t pay and got off. They also charged $75 to see sights in Niagara falls that cost $50 if paid directly. These fees are all after the transportation fee and only payable in cash.

The whole trip was well worth the money as Daniel the tour guide helped us provide information in both English and Chinese. Must try experiences at the Niagara were well planned and the stay was comfortable. Overall the trip was enjoyable apart from bus changes during pickup and departure which could have been avoided.
