I'm so bummed and leaving this review so hopefully someone else knows what it is they are really paying for. The description of this offering is extremely misleading and falls short on all it's promises. This is not a bar hopping tour although the description makes it seem as if it is. You will be picked up and dropped off at 1 location. That's cool, I can still work with that but it would've been nice to know prior to purchasing a nonrefundable ticket. We checked in with our guide the night of, Robert, at 9Beach on Collins Ave which was the pick up location. He was very kind and accommodating as he could be. He walked around and made sure everyone got a 10 minute warning and that everyone was there before we left. I counted 28 people total. The bar was full and there was no one behind the bar for a good 15-20 minutes. When we finally saw a bar tender she was carrying bags of ice, they must have run out. So we didnt get to have a drink before leaving. Once everyone was confirmed, we walked about 2 blocks in the rain to get on the bus that unfortunately wasn't there. Robert was carrying several bags which were our drinks and mixers for the "open bar". So the bus was not there and it wasn't set up. We only had to wait about 5 minutes and the bus pulled up. It was very large and clean inside, but it was really old and it was obvious. The vinyl was peeling off the side of the bus like it's been sitting in the Sun since 1979. We all boarded the bus and waited for the wet bar to be set up. There was 1 750ml of rum, 1 350ml of Jimador Tequila, 1 350ml of Hennessy and 1 750ml of crown apple and about 5 liters of Coke.. for 28 people! It was unattended and self serve so the tequila and the Hennessy was gone almost immediately after we pulled away. This is not enough alcohol for an open bar with nearly 30ppl, period. The Bluetooth stopped working about 15 minutes in. Switched to the aux cord which was staticy and sensitive and faded out a couple times. Through that, the whole bus kept good spirits dancing and singing. After the hour, we arrived at Wood in Wynwood. This is the biggest disappointment of the experience. This not a club. Or even a dance spot. It is a sports bar and grill that has outdoor games and serves pizza and wings. This is what our wristband gave us "express" entry to. We had to wait in a small line to get in. The worst part was, when I asked an employee, I was informed this bar doesn't even have a cover charge! The service at the pick up location, the underwhelming open bar and and bus that wasn't ready for us was disappointing but tolerable variables. But the fact that our ticket was not giving us entry to an actual nightclub makes this offering worth half what we paid. What the hell did our money go towards?! We are visiting Miami during hurricane season and the only reason we purchased this was so we wouldn't have to spend the evening waiting in lines and standing in the rain trying to get into a club - which ended up being exactly what we did! I would also like to preface that prior to purchasing I did call customer service to specifically ask what venues were included. They contacted the organizer and let us know the organizer confirmed this included club(s) on Collins Ave, which is why we gave it a shot and purchased. When the organizer called me the morning of to give us the run down, he did inform us we'd be going to a hip hop club and I mentioned when we booked we were told wed have access to electric/emd places. He said although it's not included we would be in an area where there were several in walking distance and texted me the names and addresses of several other places - a bummer to find out after the fact but I did sincerely appreciate him giving us those recommendations. This was not the worst experience in the world and everyone involved was nice enough, but what was provided is really not what is described. We basically paid $125/pp for an Uber and a drink. The saving grace was it started early enough in the evening so we were able to go to other places without having to wait in lines for too long afterwards. The description on this offering really should be updated to reflect more appropriately. Maybe it's not always like this every weekend but unfortunately this was our experience and I genuinely don't believe it is worth what the price is.

Hello 👋 And thank you for your very specific review. We operate different nightclubs every night. On weekdays ( the days of your booking) only few clubs are open and fun so we decide to go different places where the crowd is more important. This place does have a cover charge. They all do in Miami. We also have back up liquor in the bus or Limousine, what you saw with our host was actually the extra. You could have ask him for more anytime. We hope to see you soon in Miami
