It's not worth the 50 bucks. I just used them 2 days ago. The blue and red routes are running 45 minutes apart. Some of the earbud sets are not working. Not guided by a human with a microphone. The positive thing about this is their employee Dylan. They made him stand there at Beverly Garden because the brochure info and schedule is incorrect. Last bus to Santa Monica leaves at 4:15pm not 3pm .

In regards to our bus frequency, we do advertise on our website and Viator/Trip Advisor that we run buses every 30-45 minutes (depending on the day). Unfortunately, LA traffic is unpredictable and we do our best to reroute our drivers to help make up lost time. We advertise on our website and Viator/Trip Advisor that our Hop On Hop Off tours are guided with pre-recorded commentary. Lastly, our shuttle bus times are listed on our website, Viator/Trip Advisor website and printed at the bottom of the tour tickets. I understand that you may have missed this information and for that did not have the experience you may have been expecting. I want to apologize on behalf of the company as we want to make sure our customers enjoy their tours with us. I decided to take my 6 year old and 4 month old out on a day around Hollywood and Santa Monica. The only place we got off was in Beverly Hills to get on the blue line. The transition was perfect going from The red line to the blue line. Then going from the blue line to the red I was a little worried because of course my 6 year old had to go potty but I kindly asked the driver Ricky to wait due to the buses being stacked and he said of course. The hospitality of this company was great and I can’t wait for more experiences in different places. Thanks Big Bus Tours it was a blast.
