RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH !!!!!! Headsets only worked in part, and when they dis the content was appalling. What a disgrace Then the bus we wanted to get back on was full and we had to wait much longer than they advertised. The route back took in no stops at all. All in all a terrible experience and a huge waste of money

we very much enjoyed how the driver of our bus was very nice and took pictures of us when we didn't have the ability to do it just right/he was like a professional photographer and his wonderful name was mark williams. the sights of the tour are very beautiful,the music is like a commercial in the middle of each session with the kids who talk about the fun facts of each sight and they tell funny jokes but call them the big bus news which you listen to on the headphones they provide.THANK YOU MARK WILLIAMS.

Horrible experience and rude drivers. We have been to NYC lots of times and I have brought groups to NYC several times. We purchased "hop on and off" tickets through City Sights NYC and during Covid they shut down. Was told our tickets would now be with "Big Bus Tours". We went on the downtown loop on December 19th after going to the Statue of Liberty. It was cold and the bus didn't have the plexiglass cover like some of the other buses have and other companies have. We started out on the top and it was super cold. Our two families went down after we stopped at the next location. There were plenty of seats on the inside of the bus and 7 of our group sat down. The bus driver yelled and myself and my 16 year old daughter and told us to go back upstairs. I will NEVER use this bus company and I will fully tell all our friends NOT to use them. On the other trips we took with them over the 2 days, several of the bus drivers were rude. It was hard to find where they picked you up and let's not even talk about the audio tour. Why not have an actual guide instead of a recording! Everyone should pass this company up and look at Top View NYC "Hop on and off". They seems to be more frequent and better put together. Big Bus = A Big Pain! Never Again! We are coming back in March and will use Top View as the family we are bringing has never been to NYC and want them to have a great experience.
