Excellent way to see all the sights - we booked Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building with this company and bought a 2 day pass - all the staff we very helpful- and were at every stop - the best driver was Jimmy who went above and beyond-he stopped and came upstairs to point out extra points of interest that we wouldn’t have noticed x well done Jimmy - busses ran regularly and we didn’t have to wait long

Got off after 90 mins 1/2 way around and took the subway back. Only a bus driver and a recording not well geo-referenced. Just a waste of time and money

One of our bus tours was with Harry and we loved his efforts to tell us more about the city than what was on the pre recorded tour. He was a fantastic driver! Overall buses are pretty good for site seeing but not super practical for getting around. Kinda annoying having to get off the bus and walk around the corner on the red line to re board when the next bus arrives at stop 1 and then on the blue line the final stop dropped us 9 blocks from the red line as it was the last bus of the day so we ended up having to use public transport to get home rather than the red bus - would be ideal to get dropped back at stop 1 not 18. Overall if you are looking to get around using the buses public transport is definitely easier but doing a full loop with a good bus driver is a fun way to see the city!!
