Excellent service. I bought the classic + circle line ticket and we showed up at the Times Square (M&M Store) stop at 9:15am. We were supposed to have been at the Piers at 10:30am and the guys working at this stop, not only took care of us and got us a shuttle DIRECTLY to the pier from that stop but he kept coming back to us while we were waiting and talked to us in Spanish to let us know he was still keeping track of our shuttle. He then walked us to the shuttle AND wrote a note on our ticket so we could use it the day after as well. We did the whole downtown tour and the Statue of Liberty cruise. Great experience!!!

Huge shout out to Carlos & Marcos! They both went way above and beyond with their customer service & they both need a raise!!! After we got off the bus yesterday, we realized my son's phone had fallen out of his pocket while getting off the bus. They both helped us track down the bus, search it, and ultimately find the phone. They were so kind & helpful & they saved the day for us! Oh, and the tour of Manhattan was really great, too!

I purchased two tickets for my husband and I to see downtown NYC on the 4th of July. We downloaded the app and picked up the bus at the liberty stop. We were denied boarding by the driver after he looked at our QR code wrong. He just glanced and told us, “NO.” We were finally allowed on but told we had to sit on the bottom where there were no open windows and no air conditioning. No maps or audio tours were offered or provided either, it was awful. We rode to Hell’s Kitchen and were told to get off and another bus would come by in 10 mins to finish the tour. The next bus came unloaded and we all lined up to get on. ZERO instructions or announcements were made to notify us that the bus tours were stopping. We got on the bus and we’re screamed at to get off. Apparently, the bus tours were no longer running for the day but they just expected us to know that. We were stuck in the middle of town and out a 100 bucks. Absolutely nothing that I paid for did we receive. We didn’t see any landmarks, there was no onboard pre recorded commentary provided it was worse than a city bus! Neither was there any customer service or kindness shown to us. We were met with hostile dishonest Big Bus employees at every turn. I travel often and would love to do more tours in other cities but I will NEVER get on another BigBus again!
