The best way to see NewYork City! So easy to get on and off. Stops at all the major sites with audio recording with information. I think it should run later than 5pm as we got stuck at a location that was not near the hotel and it wouldn’t take us back to Times Square.

Liked seeing all of NY but the buses and staff did not communicate with bus riders that there was a bus change and wasted a lot of time waiting.

I had done my research before and so knew which stops we wanted to get off at and which ones we'd just ride past. The buses did come in short intervals, but by the end of the day, there was a long wait. We were waiting at the 911 stop for quite a while because they were only letting people on the top of the bus. Finally, someone asked if there were seats on the first level. It was worth the price but it is busy and hectic.
