Big Bus has its ups and downs. It’s an awesome way to see the city. The audio for the tour is informative and helpful. Be prepared for it to be slow moving since you’re in the city (which is to be expected.) Employees were all nice. We added our paper tickets to our app but they still wanted to see the paper tickets (so what’s the point of adding the tickets to the app?) The app was pretty accurate on where busses were throughout the city. The hours are not long enough to depend on them strictly for transportation so plan to just use it to sight see. Some of the busses have half the top covered to stay warm but not all of them do. It was a pretty good experience overall.

People selling tickets are very nice BUT the actual experience was terrible. The buses were over crowded.. we had to wait for 3 buses for us to finally get on in the cold. One female driver wouldn’t let anyone on unless there was a sea meanwhile there were over 80 people waiting in the freezing cold @ 5:00 pm when it stops at 5:30. The concept sound good but it is far from that. A complete waste of money and TIME.

We stood at 4 stops, tried to hop on a total od 6 times, and never once got on a bus. Each time we were told "next bus". We ended up ubering everywhere. After the 3 time trying to get on, I wanted to cancel but was told I didn't do it before 24 hours so no refund whatsoever. Almost $700 (8 people) down the drain. Not one ticket used!
