We were sad that there wasn't a real person sharing tidbits and facts while on the busride. All we heard was a recording and it didn't share much. It was nice to ride and not walk, but when we've traveled before the best part was having a person point out interesting facts.

This was a perfect way to see New York and get info on it. We rode both routes then decided where we wanted to stop off and see. Busses come by frequently so you are not waiting long to get picked up. We got alot of awesome pictures.

Highly recommend Big Bus Tour... we had booked another tour through Groupon, they didn't show at meeting place but BB was there and gave us a great deal to take their tour. Great way to get around NYC. We even upgraded the next day so we could do it again, which also added the uptown route too!
