Please know, albeit, tipping is common in this field, it is definitely not obligatory, and we're sorry if any tour guides have made you feel uncomfortable. We appreciate that your time is limited, and we're sorry that you've got longer waiting times than normal. Although our tours face a large amount of customers, we try our utmost to track demand and prepare for an elevated number of buses at peak hours to prevent overcrowding and lengthy wait times, and sporadically, we get it wrong. As far as audio is concerned, we appreciate the feedback as we service our buses everyday before the day of service in order to prevent problems such as this.
