The team were trained to make sure that the visitors with the Big Bus Tours, experience are nothing short of amazing, and it's upsetting that you haven't had that opportunity. It's hard to learn that you haven't been given the best customer service possible, as our customers at Big Bus are our number one concern. Please note, we do not condone the behavior you experienced by our employee. We trust staff to handle every customer with the highest courtesy, dignity and respect.
