The rudest people I have ever met They boss the customers around and shout at them The audio guide is mainly music with limited useful/interesting information Thumbs down to Big Bus New York

It is over crowded and usually wait longer than it would be to walk. We found the subway was quicker and felt completely safe using this transportation to get round.

Good tour experience. Only downside was that Blue tour was closed for the day due to Israel parade. Otherwise I would recommend.
