1. The bus did not make two stop as listed on the tour bulletin. 2. The audio didn't work so we missed many areas we were looking to see and no one to explain where we were. 3. At one stop which was Pier 57 we waited 1 hr for the bus to finally pick us up, there was so many people waiting that the bus was full and couldn't board anymore passengers. I request full reimbursement. It was a bad experience and I do not recommend it.

911 Memorial was awe inspiring! Loved shopping in Chinatown! My friends were all Italian so little Italy was fun for them.
