Awful! Audio was either ahead or behind.. and was silly. The route map given didn't include street names so you never knew exactly where you were or what you were seeing. And if you choose this tour don't expect to see any historical or noted sights. And definitely do not book tickets... you can get a deal when you arrive.

Took a 2 day option. The first day on the red route was a great experience, the busses where regular and the bus drivers friendly. However the second day I did the blue route and after visiting the St Patrick's Cathedral I walked to the bus stop and waited a long time, a bus drove past and I ran towards the bus which got stopped in traffic, the very rude bus driver waved me off and wouldn't allow me to get on. Another bus came past which also did not stop. I eventually got hold of their 24 hour chat and spoke to a guy which had no information why the busses is not stopping, he eventually came back to me saying the stop for that area was moved due to road closures. No one informed us. He also let me know that I missed the last bus so I was stranded in uptown Manhattan and there is nothing he can do. I had to eventually take an uber which cost me 38 dollars. I suggest that you inform the customers getting off that the bus stop has been moved and having a guude at the old stop to usher people to the new stop. Very unhappy with the outcome.

Red route has many buses and is easier to get around. The blue route has few buses and is very congested so alot of time is wasted in traffic. An interesting way to see many of new york's attractions for the first time. Seasoned travellers will find the subway and buses a more efficient use of time. Disappointing that a map is not included as routes go near attractions, but it is then difficult to find them and routes back to pick up stops when on foot.
