This is a great way to see a good amount of the city. However, it is difficult to know which stop we are approaching as we are given no advance warning until we are there. The app is a good idea, but it did not work consistently. So, it was hard to know exactly when and where the busses were coming. We have ridden Big Bus in numerous cities in clouding London, Paris, and Budapest, and the NYC was the most disappointing😔

Poor service and miserable staff Don’t spend your money with them. They don’t care and treat you like cattle. Look to another carrier
