The bus and tour part was fine, but the staff was rude. I interacted with 3 different staff members and they all were very short and snapped at me. Buses do not run on schedule and they were full a few times.

I wouldn’t consider this a tour at all! There was nobody speaking about where we were or what we were seeing. The plug in headphones did not work. Unfortunately, we missed our stop twice because we didn’t know where we were. The bus was convenient if you want to just ride around town & save a little on uber/taxi fares.

What an absolute waste of money!!! We paid £82 EACH to sit on the equivalent of a commuter bus! The constant jerking from accelerating and braking made me feel sick as did the mental lane changing! We sat for ages in traffic (not BB’s fault of course) and could have covered much more ground on the normal bus and subway!! The distance between stops is ridiculous, we missed so much because of this. Anyone who suggests staying on the route first to decided where to get off, good luck with that! As for the commentary, it was plug in earphones and a prerecorded commentary. Neither of the drivers we were on the buses with said anything. The ONLY upside was the ticket we bought included the Empire State Building and it was a lot cheaper than directly bought. Again, not BB’s fault but it was freezing cold so sitting on the top deck for me was impossible and sitting downstairs was like any other bus journey! They really could do with more of the partially covered top decks for the winter so that at least people could sit up there without freezing! The constant harassment by the street sellers is a major pain in the behind too!!! Personally I wouldn’t recommend this and would definitely use the subway as you can access a much much wider area for a lot less money.
