Okay I gave 3 stars even though the bus itself was a hit with the kids. The reason 3 stars instead of 5 was. 1 floor of bus had no air conditioning and it was 90 degrees and humid. And the bus doesn’t announce stops. The radio that you listen to barely tells you stops either. We missed a stop and caused us missing my ferry to Statue of Liberty. Bus only goes in one direction so if you miss a stop. You have to stay on the tour for the whole trip again. I will def use it again and I will be better prepared next time.

It was educational and the free earphones were definitely a good addition. The drivers could use a reminder of customer service since most are not local. The worst was no Air Conditioning which makes it difficult to sit inside especially if you have children and seniors with you.

This tour turned out to be a total disappointment. We went to New York with 15 people all looking forward to the tour of New York City. However, from the start of this tour, everything was off. The gentleman on the street that sold us the tickets-15!!-said that he would get us on the next bus, but as soon as our money was given, he disappeared to solicit more business. He also told us that everyone in our group could take a picture of the ticket so that we would be able to separate and still have a ticket, but the very first bus driver tried to tell us that the picture of our tickets wouldn't work. The digital tour of New York was more cheesy than informative and the majority of our group stopped listening to the tour narrative due to lack of interest. We got off at one stop to look around, and when we returned to our stop, there was a line of 50 people waiting for the bus. We stood waiting for 45 minutes and two buses that passed only able to pick up 10 people or so as the busses were full, when an empty bus was sent for the large group that was congregating at the stop. We welcomed this empty bus only to discover that there was no working air conditioning (the driver never mentioned this until the upper deck was almost full) or windows that opened. The open air experience was rough on some members of our group since New York was having a July heat wave. Once we arrived at Times Square, they made everyone exit the bus and wait some more for another bus since this bus was sent as a 'special' trip and was not going any further. Not only did we waste money on this tour, but we also invested in tickets to enjoy it the following day but after this awful experience, we didn't want to have another terrible day with this tour.
