It was ok. Got to see a lot of areas pretty quickly. Would like to have had more history information and less music.

This bus is terrible. There was no guides when listening on the headphones they were playing music. There are so much to learn about in NYC this company is not the way to go. The one person i spoke to when checking in was rude.

The bus has many stops at points of interest. However, the map provided gives almost no information about points of interest accessible from each site. There is recorded narration, but the sound quality was very poor and the narration often lagged behind the bus location. Not all stops were announced, so it was hard to know when we wanted to get off. At one site, we had to wait in the sun 40 minutes for the next bus to arrive, even though we were told there would be a bus every 15 minutes. We finally gave up in the afternoon and used U er to get where we wanted to go. Very poor experience-do not recommend.

Hello Cindy, We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with us at Big Bus Tours New York. While we have departures every 15-20 minutes from Stop #1 for our Downtown tour and departures every 30 minutes from Stop #13 for our Uptown tour, arrival times may vary at other stops depending on traffic. We recommend downloading our Big Bus Tours application which offers a live bus tracker with approximate arrival times. We apologize for your experience and thank you for your feedback.
