During this approx 2 -hour snorkeling tour with a knowledgeable guide, watch these extraordinary creatures feed on plentiful plankton attracted by underwater lights. With wingspans that can reach more than 20 feet (6 meters) across, manta rays have no teeth or barb on the tail. Seeing manta rays so up close in their own environment was awe- inspiring. And the tour guides did a great job of explaining the importance of not touching or diving after the rays. The guides also did a great job of providing us with photos immediately after the tour. I tried to upload one of my videos but your site only accepts still photos which I shared. And the sunset on the way out was also amazing. I'm glad I took seriously bringing a towel and dry clothes as it got pretty chilly on the ride back. I recommend taking smaller groups out or more rafts as it got pretty crowded holding on to the raft in choppy waters. I'd also recommend a better way to float people besides pool noodles (which slip away easily) or at least allow fins and provide life jackets, as we're not diving below the surface anyway.

Aloha Rick glad to hear you got an awesome manta show and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Life jackets are provided for anyone who would like one. We used to use ankle floats but got several complaints from those so we went to the pool noodles to hold up your feet which is what most companies use. If you have any other recommendations please let us know. We will have a new second raft by next week or so. Sorry we are in the process of getting rid of our old second raft and implementing the second new one.

We didn’t see any manta rays we went out for a couple of hours and saw nothing we paid to see manta rays and didn’t see any.

Aloha Emma, yes that is why you were offered to come again for free. The manta rays are wild and while 90% of the time we do have them, there are sometimes they are just not there.

This was honestly the highlight of the trip and it’s not even close. Kris and Buddha are experts at what they do and they really get the rays as close as possible. If you’re between this one and the other tours PLEASE do this one these guys know what they’re doing
