During this approx 2 -hour snorkeling tour with a knowledgeable guide, watch these extraordinary creatures feed on plentiful plankton attracted by underwater lights. With wingspans that can reach more than 20 feet (6 meters) across, manta rays have no teeth or barb on the tail. We were looking so forward to this adventure, especially after reading the reviews. But, it was quite windy that day, into evening, and made for a no-so-fun boatride out to the site. Needless to say, I became quite seasick, even wearing a patch. My husband went into the water alone and, because of the swells, had a very hard time hanging on to the float. He did enjoy the manta rays but started feeling woozy so, returned to the boat. Several of our co-passengers returned in short-time to the boat as they were also sick. The captain got everyone back on board and returned quickly. The entire staff on board were very helpful and professional, great crew! Just a warning, if it's windy, you may want to rethink your adventure. FYI, I never got to see any mantas, but I had a nice lie down on the boat

Amazing experience!! Even though there were small children screaming (it is a bit much for the little ones with the darkness of the area, the choppy waves and the enormous size of these rays), it was a life time experience that should not be missed. AMAZING crew, very knowledgeable, helpful and experienced. Go on boat #2, best crew ever!!

Yes our manta rays are huge! I always recommend Manta Boat #2 for kids or non-swimmers because of the raft. Manta Boat #1 is a little more advanced for sure. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us and glad you enjoyed the crew. We are so lucky to have such a great team :)
