I want to say how outstanding our tour guide Cindy was during our CityView Trolley Tours-Boston tour. Cindy was tremendous -- thoughtful, funny, insightful, and inclusive. She made our children feel welcome and included. We are very grateful for her outstanding tour.

The first time we did the tour we were not impressed with the tour guide; he did not give us great information on Boston. So, we decided to ride again the same day and we got John Y, as our tour guide - he turned around our opinion! He was a great tour guide, and we learned a lot about Boston. We also did the Harbour tour, and that tour guide was also very good. Would recommend!

We desperately wanted to spend an hour off our feet with great moments, hilarious commentary, safe navigation, and joyful appreciation of Boston. Cindy delivered on all accounts AND was kind enough to ensure we figured our way back to Charlestown! It was a fantastic tour with great historical facts and modern reflections. Highly recommended! And go with Cindy if you can — she absolutely made it worth the cost! :)
