Hugo was a great tour guide! He was informative and fun! He made the tour amazing! We were always happy to hop back on and see Hugo was our driver! He was the best! We loved his knowledge and humor! Would definitely recommend this tour because of Hugo. He is an asset to your company! The entire trolley was full of energy and good vibes because of Hugo!!!!! HUZZAH!!!

Our family of 5 all enjoyed this trolley tour of historic Boston. We weren’t rushed. We were able to hop-off on the places we wanted to visit and see more of and we finished the whole loop just in time for the last trip back to our starting point. Our driver and guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining too.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. My youngest son uses a wheelchair and his experience was fantastic as was my other son's and myself. We started out on trolley 117 and that driver was ok, After visiting the USS Constitution we got on trolley 113 and Joey was our driver. He was excellent , he knew the history and he made the ride personal as well. He has personality and it comes through in his work.
