We had three drivers, 2 of them were very entertaining 😄 One driver used the recording and almost didn’t let a family on, he didn’t really look to see if there were seats. Informative tour We went to the USS Constitution which was awesome! Getting to the start of the tour wasn’t easy, we had a member of our group with mobility issues. It seemed that another hop in/off tour dropped people off right at the ship.

Hi Kerry, we're pleased to hear that you enjoyed all of the tour you were on...some of the guides/drivers use professionally recorded studio effects to enhance the experience. The drivers are aware of their seating capacity as they approach each trolley stop. We hope that you tour with us again during any future Boston visits!!

An educational and entertaining experience. Our driver Hugo was terrific. Highly recommended for a basic knowledge of the history of Boston.

The tour was interesting and the guides (Hugo and a woman whose name I don't recall) were very knowledgeable and entertaining. I did not like that we were only able to go around a total of once which impacted our plans for the day since that was not listed anywhere on the website prior to purchase.

Hi Megan, we appreciate you taking the time sharing your wonderful experience with Hugo and the other woman driver/guides...our guides have a passion for showcasing Boston's history and charm! We created a GPS Self-Guided Walking Tours app for each trolley stop, this app guides our guests thru the hidden gems of the neighborhoods as well as lead our guests back to each trolley stop so they never get lost...more information on our Home Page cityviewtrolleys.com. We do encourage and educate our guests how to best maximize their time and to plan ahead which stops interest them the most and which to visit so they do not run out of time...there is so much to see and explore throughout our tour route. There is another hop on/off trolley tour option, however most days they're $20 more pp and experience long lines at the stops due to customers riding more than once...we choose not to operate this way but to offer our guests the best service and Boston tour available! We hope that you try us again during any future Boston visits. Mike T.
