The tour was great and the driver was an excellent and funny guide. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to change the ticket at stop 1, and since we were far away we tried to look for the tickets the day before and they didn't give them to us. We didn't understand why they still marked the day. The man at the ticket office was really rude.

Dear Customer, sound like you purchased a GoCity All Inclusive package, these require scanning to be activated and the day it's first scanned starts the clock on the other venues included which would've shortened your user time by one day, this is the reason we activate you pass on the day you tour and use the trolley. We apologies if you found the agent in the office as being rude, we will look into this. We hope that you do tour with us again during your next Boston visit! Sincerely, Mike T.

Really great way to get an overview of Boston. Our trolley driver, Joey, was fantastic! Told some great stories and could answer any questions the group asked. I was pleased that we never had to wait very long for the trolley to hop back on.
