This unique day trip travels through "The City of Presidents" Quincy, MA where you'll visit the birthplaces of two U.S. Presidents, John Adams and John Quincy Adams. You'll also travel along the coast through the beautiful towns of Cohasset, Scituate, Marshfield and Duxbury. While en route to Plymouth you will learn about this historical area of Massachusetts called the South Shore. Upon arrival in Plymouth you will have time for lunch on the Harbor. After lunch the rest of your day will be spent viewing Plymouth Rock, boarding the Mayflower II and visiting Plimoth Plantation. There are also other surprises on this trip that will have you in awe! This magnificent day trip is one that you surely will never forget!

This was a really nice day out visiting many different villages on the route. It was a bit on the expensive side though for what it is. In hindsight, I could have taken the bus from Boston to Plymouth park & ride and then an Uber for a much cheaper price. The museum part at the end was a bit rushed. We were not given enough time to do it properly, just under 2 hours but the intro film takes 17 minutes and it is a 10-15 minute walk from one end of the site to the other.

Thank you for the review, though I have to vehemently disagree about the cost based upon the inclusions. First off, this trip includes admission to both the Mayflower and Plimoth Patuxet Museum. We also make stops in Quincy, Scituate and of course Plymouth. It is also fully narrated with an expert guide and historian. This is so much more than a bus ride. It is not a fair comparison. Could you have gotten to Plymouth and back to Boston for less? Of course you could have if that's all that you were looking for. Sincerely, Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.

The trip was fun and the guide was interesting and knowledgeable. Knocked off one star because the AC in the bus was horrible. It was 86 outside and we were baking in the bus, even with the AC “on.”. Couldn’t even feel it if you sat further back than the third row. The driver didn’t let the bus run even during quick stops, so it would heat up inside and not even cool down before the next stop. At the final stop, 16 of 17 of us were back in the bus, and the driver let us bake in there for 15 minutes while we waited for the last person to get back to the bus. He should have turned it on and let us get some air, but he wouldn’t. It was like a sauna.

Thank you for the 4 Star review of our Day trip to Plymouth and Quincy from Boston. I am not sure what the problem was with the AC as all units are tested before going out on a trip. We'll certainly have that bus doublechecked. The way these vehicles are setup with the AC unit above the back row, it does tend to be warmer there as the air is blowing forward.
