On New Year eve, I want to spend my time here for New Years celebrations. I got here around 2 pm. There's no trem that bring people's from parking lot to entrance that time. Because I got disability so I bring my own regular electric Scooter to the park. At the entrance the security stopped me and not allowed me use my own scooter in the park, and I need to need to rent it from here. Ok, I will rent from here. But I can't park my scooter at entrance but I have to bring back to my car. But they don't have Trem from parking to park entrance. From parking to park entrance is about quarter miles. How I ho back to entrance again? Is Bush Garden doesn't respect disability people?

We haven’t been to Christmas Town in about 10 years. Much to my surprise, the park seems unprepared in every way for large crowds. We live about 2.5 hours from there, so were not expecting to need to factor in 1.5 hours of sitting at the gate waiting to get in to park. Two lanes went to 6 then back to two??? Who designed this and why hasn’t Williamsburg figured out another way? We have gone to multiple theme parks and nothing compares to how awful this was. Then, entering the park was confusing with no signage and a rude security guard yelling at people who weren’t intentionally cutting the line, there was just no organization. Moving on to the good…as usual the lights were magnificent, the two shows, yes only 2, were top notch and totally loved the Christian songs the Wisemen sung. So amazing. I remember there used to be 4-5 sit down shows in the past, so we were a little bummed considering the wait time for rides was 1.5 hour or more. The ice show was worth the admission price, what talent! I can’t mark Busch Gardens down because it was crowded and lines were long, but a heads up to allow 1-2 hours to park would have been helpful, since we bought online and got an email confirmation. And seriously, figure something out to change that. Kings Dominion has, Disney has, surely there must be a better way to get people into the parking lots. And, please bring back a couple more shows. The pop songs on a pop up stage in France don’t count.

I've been to Busch Gardens a number of times with family. We went after Christmas week to catch the end of the Christmas Town display. While the display itself was nice, there were major issues that likely mean I'll never return. First, there are zero characters outside of the shows. Second, the level of overcrowding is crazy. I've come to find out they increased their occupancy limit from 30K to 53K a couple years ago. I don't believe they increased the park size any. It really feels like it. It was insane, the crush of people. I have been to most major parks of the US, many at peak season. I don't recall ever being stuck in literal crush of people like this place. 1.5-2.5 hour wait times for rides. Hour plus waits for food. It was hard to simply walk. They may be permitted for it, but it was not acceptable to clearly profit-seek by crushing this many people in. They claim that they close entry once full. Full is clearly too full and ruins the experience, particularly for kids. I don't believe I'll come back.
