Originally made a reservation for 1 pm, after receiving my confirmation/ticket I got a text telling me 1 pm wasn’t available could I do 3:15. I agreed. Went over to the pick up at 2:45 and texted the driver, he was running behind and said it would be 3:30. There were a number of carriages available so I wasn’t sure why we were waiting when there were plenty of others available. The ride was nice and I would recommend that but I would not recommend prebooking.

The driver texted us he was going to be 10 minutes late, disappointing. However, the carriage ride still managed to end at the originally scheduled time. Ride itself was fine. The children were happy to ride through Central Park rather than walk. Driver pointed out a few places where various movies and tv shows have filmed. My daughters were thrilled to fed our horse a carrot at the end of the ride.
