We unexpectedly got our own private tour guide and couldn't have been luckier to meet Abner. Educated in tourism, he had answers to all of our questions and added personal and cultural information to give us a larger understanding of the areas we were visiting. On the kayak trip he guided us through any spots he thought might give novices any troubles. Though quite a distance to our next destination at Altun Ha, we never felt rushed and he made the car ride enjoyable with his anecdotes. If you get the chance, be sure to ask for Abner!

Fab and Gillitt were wonderful guides. Fab was so knowledgeable about the Mayan history of Altun Ha. The kayaking through caves was beyond our wildest dreams.

We had a great time with Abner! This ended up being a private tour for our two families. We had our own van to store our belongings while we were on the tours. We loved the kayak tour and really found the ruins interesting. Our kids enjoyed it as well. Our guide was great!
