Led by Jo Ann did a Bear & Wildlife tour. With the fastferry in the early mornings to Haines and there we were met by Jo Ann and her colleague. Very friendly ladies who took us on the road in an old bus with sliding windows (for excellent views and photos). Got a lot of information about life in this area, not only from the bear but also countless other animals. Along the way stops at points where we could take beautiful pictures. They bring professional binoculars, so we could see bald eagles, ducks and even snow goats high up on the mountain. At the end of the bus route stopped at a large lake where we could see salmon. Then a walk through the coastal rainforest and lots of interesting information and fun facts about the forest. Then back to the harbor and got a simple but tasty lunch in the village hall. Because we went back to Skagway later than the rest of the group, the ladies were kind enough to take us back on the bus and drop us off in the village, provided with some tips for coffee and museums. The quality of this tour guide is extremely good. The ladies are friendly, make good contact with the group and are very knowledgeable (have lived here for a long time and know the area much better than the average seasonal guide). Highly recommended!!!

Thanks for this five-star review. However, when I translate this review to English it looks to me like this was a tour with another company.
