As one of the largest certified Organic coffee Farm in Kona we do all our roast in house. You will participate in 2 of our production roast and will be able to run the second one yourself with the elp of our roaster.

This was an excellent (free) tour, and our tour guide, Rocky, was amazing! She showed us the coffee plants, explained the differences between Kona coffee and other types of coffee and answered our many questions. Of course, there were tons of delicious samples, which we were able to try out, while overlooking a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. We also had a toddler with us, and she loved it too!

My boyfriend and I visited Hala Tree and had an amazing tour of the coffee farm. I don't remember the woman's name that gave us our tour, (she said she's also a photographer), but she was outstanding. Kind, funny, patient, passionate and very well educated on the farm and the whole process. We learned SO much. This is one of the very few USDA certified organic farms, and you will see why once you visit! The coffee is out of this world and overall vibes were superb. I'm excited to share all the coffee we sent home with my family. Definitely will be returning next Kona trip.

This farm is simply cool :) Very laid back. The tour guide, Amanda was very engaging and informative. The grounds are so pretty. I love the rescue dogs that’s are chilling out around the place. The coffee was amazing, I’m not even a coffee drinker, my husband is. He loved it and I may start to convert to coffee. I loved the tea which is made with some of the bi-products of coffee production. Awesome that they don’t waste much. You don’t get to see a lot of the steps in coffee production though. They recently opened another farm with more acreage where they do the drying and processing of the beans. But I still recommend it. Beautiful,peaceful, and excellent coffee!
