Ghosts, legends, and dark history – this is our most popular tour – a walk through the streets of the Old French Quarter, hearing the history of our city through the stories of its restless dead, it’s old legends, it’s great disasters, and unsolved murders. The stories are those that define our city and it’s people and most unsettling, it all really happened! The only tour in the city to focus on the Dark History of New Orleans--the things that made us what we are, but which the city council would just as soon not have you know! Led by pre-Katrina tour guides, and the only company in the city who features people who were licensed pre-Katrina and residents for decades.

Ok. Real Caucasian slanted. Not 100 percent fact even on the non haunted stuff. It’s cool if ur white, or black and don’t identify. But very good nuggets in there also. I would go if I didn’t know this town, and keep in mind it’s one view and not gospel.

Jonathan is an amazing storyteller keeping the audience in thrall with the many facts he keeps our attention and has us asking for more. It was so interesting, making New Orleans more than just a party place but giving depth to a beautiful home to the many living and dead. I can’t wait to visit and do another tour. This was my second “Dark History Tour”. Loved it even more the second time around!

Thought the tour guide was very rude and condescending Didn’t appreciate him make fun of the people from Mississippi being our friends we were with were from Mississippi. And running down Texas as we are from Texas

Hm. Well, the guide in question is from Mississippi, so I doubt he was making fun of himself. That being said, you were the group that refused to stop blocking the walk, even when repeatedly asked, ignoring city ordinance as well as the common courtesy that used to be standard in people from Miss., and Texas. We will not miss your custom.
