I have to be honest and state this excursion was a bust. The Old Denali Highway travels through an area that is open to hunting. And when we visited on 9/4, it was hunting. We saw more hunters as we traveled down this road between Cantwell and Paxon than any wildlife.

This adventure was one of our favorite trips while visiting Denali. Our guide Jeff was very informative, he was able to point out hidden little spots that made great photo ops. We saw Denali in all her glory on our trip, not a cloud in the sky! My husband and I would highly recommend this excursion if you are in the Denali area. Driving the Jeeps and communicating on the CB radios made us feel apart of the landscape every step of the way!

Had a great time with Kailyn on Jeep Excursion! She was a great guide over the CB! Awesome fun😎 She was quite knowledgeable-saw beaver dam, swans and moose!
