Booked for pick up at hotel for 5am to airport, as it was a domestic flight we were told to be 2 hours before flight, we waited 20 minutes but no vehicle turned up I tried ringing them but no answer. We had to call an Uber to get us to the airport. When I emailed them they said because our flight was at 7.30am they sent the vehicle at 4.15am so they took it upon themselves to send it 3 hours before flight even though I ordered it for 5am. But as a good will gesture have refunded half the cost. What about the cost of the Uber that cost us $47!
