I didn’t purchase tickets before going but the staff was so nice helping me get in! One of the guys walked me through the entire process to get me admitted!

informative on the walk itself, but the description of the tour must add that you are required to buy your hiking pass in ADVANCE. We arrived only knowing that our hiking pass was not paid for, and thinking we could pay on the spot! We were directed to use a QR code to pay for our entry (hiking pass), but couldn’t get enough mobile service in the bottom of the crater (where we were at the start) to do anything. After about 30 mins of trying, a sympathetic staff member allowed me to use the office Wifi, and this did the job.

Was good, but I expected to see more! The view was good but the climb was hard as it was a little warm out there!
