Best things was the bus ride to the sites. One lady and driver -Sophie and Max, basically told a bunch of us waiting at art museum to get on a bus that they were full and only stopped to let the current riders off to take pics and then let them back on. This goes against the company’s stance of hop on hop off which lets you hop off and others hop on. Sophie was very rude to the dozen of us wanting on and just wanted to argue instead of coming to an agreement, it was 95 out and there were elderly people in line. The busses are so sporadic it isn’t worth the money. Waited at State Penn for 35 minutes for a bus. If I was allowed to leave zero stars, I would’ve. I’ve done these trips in other cities and was happy with experience, the one in Philly is a joke and sucks. You’d be better off taking the public bus for the day. The info was barely the minimum, everything I was told on the bus is basically what you learned in the 5th grade.

Everything worked out on this city tour of Philly. Parking options were easy, check in point was easy to find, your started on time, tour guide was knowledgeable and plenty of opportunities to take pictures. Being from Virginia, We learned alot of good things about Philadelphia we didn't know.

So I didn’t have many complaints at first, first tour guide was awesome his name was Brandon or Brendan. But then we got off and on the second tour guide complained about philly sports teams always losing. Then the third guide was quite uncomfortable he was going on about heroin and drugs and religion. And then the final bus driver wouldn’t even let me on with my service dog. He said “only seeing eye dogs are allowed” and made me walk instead.
