Very disorganized. The guides accent was so strong that no one could understand her. Left tour early and took an Uber back to the hotel. Half the bus left early also! The bus took us to a street and dropped us off. After walking around 2 short streets for over an hour the bus was no where to be found. Had to wait 45 minutes. Waste of time.

Crazy experience - driver Jimmy and guide Camila did everything to make sure we could see the Christmas lights at Dyker Heights although the police didn't want the bus stop! Thank you!

The amount of extra walking made it difficult for us, so we stayed back in the bus. It was possibly going to be stopped by the police, so they parked away from the original entrance.
